Doublespaced makes software for teachers.

The idea behind all of it is the same one: a teacher's work belongs to the teacher. Nothing here asks for an account, keeps your data on someone else's computer, or stops working when the Wi-Fi does.

Greatbook

A gradebook for teachers of any grade, from kindergarten through twelfth.

A grid of students by assignments that takes marks straight from the keyboard, standards and subjects as filters and colors, a report card for each student and grading period, and trends for one student or the whole class. It runs as a desktop app on Windows and macOS and as an installable web app on a Chromebook, works offline, and keeps every score in a file you own.
